What WeAudit is

WeAudit is We Creative's platform for marketing agencies. It audits their clients' websites (technical SEO, content and local visibility), tells them what to fix first and helps them keep their Google Business Profile active.

What it does with Google Business Profile

When an agency or its client connects a business's Google listing, WeAudit can publish on that listing the posts the agency has prepared and approved: updates, offers and events, with their text, photo and button, at the scheduled time.

To do so it requests the Google permission "See, edit, create and delete your Google business profiles" (business.manage). It only uses it to:

list the locations managed by the connecting account, so the right business can be chosen;
create on that location the posts approved in WeAudit.

It does not read or change reviews, hours, photos or any other listing data, and it never publishes anything a person has not approved.

How it connects

From WeAudit, under Connections, with "Connect with Google". Or with a link the agency sends to its client: the client signs in with their own Google account, picks their listing and never shares their password with anyone. Access can be revoked at any time from https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
