AI agents working continuously on your real data, not a chat widget stuck in a corner.
What's included
They answer calls and take bookings when you cannot pick up.
A system of our own watches your site, spots what fails and says exactly what to fix.
Systems that measure what happens in your business and learn from it.
In detail
The first of our AI agents was born from a silly problem: a local business's phone rings when the place is full, and that missed call is a missed booking. It's the most expensive and least visible hole a business that serves people in person has.
TechDial is our voice system: it answers, understands what's being asked and takes the details. It doesn't pretend to be human, and that's why it doesn't create the distrust a robot in disguise does.
It's our own product, not a reseller deal. We built it, which means when something breaks we fix it instead of opening a ticket with a third party.
We built WeAudit to stop auditing websites by hand. It crawls the site, evaluates hundreds of technical rules and returns what's broken, where and why it matters, with the evidence in front of you.
The difference from the usual tools isn't the number of warnings: it's that it separates what needs fixing from what's just noise, and orders by what actually moves results.
We use it with every client. This very site was audited with it while being built, and the problems were fixed before publishing instead of discovered months later.
The AI agents worth having do one thing: they take a concrete task that today eats time or goes undone, and get it done properly without anyone pushing.
What it isn't: a chat widget stuck in the corner of a website repeating what the page already says. That saves no work and sells nothing, it only lets you claim you have AI.
That's why every system we build has to answer what task it does, how much time it returns and how you check it works. If those three have no answer, it doesn't get built.
With a before and after that's measured, not a feeling. How many calls were being missed and how many are missed now. How many reviews went unanswered. How long a task took and how long it takes.
And with the ability to switch it off, which is the most honest check there is: if no number moves when you disconnect it, it was not doing the job it is being paid for.
It's worth it precisely for a small business, which is the one without anybody on standby to pick up the phone at two in the afternoon or to review the site every week.
A chain solves that with staff. A business of one or two people can't, and that's where a system that works on its own changes what you can take on.
What isn't worth it is building AI to say you have it. If the task doesn't exist or doesn't hurt, the best advice is not to spend the money, and we'll say so even though it sounds odd coming from whoever sells it.
No. Your business data is used to make your system work and nothing else: it isn't shared, it isn't mixed with another client's, and it doesn't feed a shared model.
When a system needs sensitive data, we say so before connecting it and explain where it's stored. If you'd rather something stayed out, it stays out and we find another way.
Yes, and it's how we prefer to sell it. Before you pay anything we show you the system working on your case, not a generic demo with made up data.
With a voice agent that means hearing it handle a call like the ones you'd get. With the auditing, seeing the report of your own site with its real problems.
If it doesn't convince you when you see it, it cost nothing. That's more honest than a twelve month contract signed on a promise.
It does get things wrong, like any system, and that's why none of ours makes decisions that commit money or reputation without someone approving them.
Replies to negative reviews are flagged for you to see before they go out. A voice agent takes the details and passes them on, it doesn't close terms. And the auditing proposes the fix, it doesn't apply it on its own.
Every system we build leaves a trail of what it did and why. Without that record you can't correct a mistake: you can only argue about it.
