Which plan is mine?

A business that only needs to be found and called doesn't need the same thing as one that updates prices every week. That's why the four plans aren't «small, medium, large»: they're four different ways of solving four different problems.

Starter is one page: whoever opens it understands what you do, where you are and how to reach you. It works when the competition has no website or an abandoned one, and what's urgent is simply to exist properly.

Essential comes with its own panel. It's what we recommend to almost any local business, because the owner changes photos, text and prices from their phone without depending on anyone and without being able to break anything. Professional and E-Commerce run on WordPress when you need a blog, several languages or to genuinely sell online.

What's included in all four?

A design made for your business. We never reuse one client's identity on another: colour, typography, layout and tone are decided for you, and that's a house rule, not an extra.

Technical SEO from day one: heading structure, structured data, sitemap, metadata and speed. It isn't a separate service sold later, it's inside.

Optimised images, a working contact form and WhatsApp connected. Hosting is separate, at 11 € a month.

The domain is billed separately and always stays in your name on the public register. We only manage it: it's your asset and you can take it with you whenever you want.

What is NOT included?

It doesn't include long form copywriting or a professional photo shoot. We work with what you have, and we'll tell you frankly when a photo is sinking the page.

It doesn't include advertising campaigns or social media management: that's automation or marketing, and it goes on its own.

And it doesn't include ranking first on Google by a given date. Nobody can promise that honestly. What we do is leave the site technically impeccable, which is the part that does depend on us.

What do you need from me to start?

Four things, and until they exist we don't lay out a single page: a usable logo file, the typography or a reference of the one you want, your brand colours, and the real business details verified. Opening hours, phone, address and exactly what you sell.

If any of that doesn't exist, it gets done first. A website built on invented data has to be redone entirely when the real data shows up, and we've watched it happen.

If you have no brand identity, we start there. Branding is booked separately and the website then starts from solid ground instead of improvising it.

How does the process go?

First we understand the business: what you sell, to whom, and what people actually buy from you, which is almost never what one assumes.

Then a visual direction of its own, which you approve before anything is built. Then development and the integrations with what you already use: bookings, orders, WhatsApp, Google.

At the end, measuring and correcting. A website isn't finished the day it goes live; it's finished when it stops causing problems and starts bringing customers.

How long does it take?

Between 7 and 14 days, depending on the plan. A one-page site is not the same job as a store with a payment gateway, product pages and shipping set up.

The clock starts when the material from the previous point is complete, not the day you sign. And that part is yours: projects that run late almost never get stuck in development, they get stuck waiting for a usable logo or the final prices.

We say it plainly up front on purpose. A deadline that depends on both sides but is only demanded of one is a deadline that gets missed.

Can I see real work?

We don't show mockups: we show websites in production. Amancaes in Valencia, Osteria da Gianni with a menu in four languages the restaurant updates itself, Pizza Lulli in Máncora with the owner editing prices from his phone, Punto Tessuto with a catalogue and shop in Lima.
