There are no refunds, and why

We Creative services are not refundable once booked. It is worth saying that in the first line rather than at the end.

The reason is the way we work: before paying you can see a working demo of the project, at no cost and with no commitment. You browse it, show it to whoever needs to see it, and discuss it. If it does not convince you, you do not book and you have paid nothing.

In other words: the moment to decide is before the payment, not after. That is why there is no later refund window: it would not be needed, because the risk has already been removed at the previous step.

One off projects

Web design, branding and extras are charged once, when booked, and are not refundable.

If the client decides not to continue with a project already under way, the amount paid is not returned, and the work carried out up to that point is delivered as it stands.

Monthly subscriptions

Hosting, ongoing SEO and the agents are subscriptions. They are cancelled, not refunded.

On cancellation the service stays active until the end of the period already paid for and does not renew after that. The current month is not prorated or refunded, not even if it is cancelled on the first day.

Ongoing SEO has a minimum commitment of three months. Cancellation can be requested at any time, but takes effect once that commitment has been met. Hosting has no minimum term and is cancelled at the end of the month already paid for.

When money is refunded

There is one case, and it is the one that should be: if We Creative does not end up providing the booked service, the amount is refunded in full.

A duplicate charge or a charge made in error is also refunded, with no justification needed.

How to cancel

By writing to wecreative.site@gmail.com from the address used to book, saying which service is to be cancelled. It is confirmed in writing.

There are no forms, no retention calls and no notice periods beyond the three month commitment on ongoing SEO.
