Who provides the service

The services on this site are provided by WE CREATE OPPORTUNITY & SOLUTIONS LLC, a company incorporated in the United States, with registered address at 11960 North East 19 Dr, Apt 21, North Miami, FL 33181, and contact email wecreative.site@gmail.com. It trades as We Creative.

Booking any of the published services implies acceptance of these terms as published at the time of booking.

What is booked and how

Services are booked from the configurator on this site, where you choose the project and any monthly services you want and see the amount before paying. There are no hidden quotes: what the configurator shows is what is charged.

There are two kinds of service and they behave differently:

• Web design and development, branding and extras are a one off payment. They are charged once, when booked.
• Hosting, ongoing SEO and the agents are a monthly subscription. They renew automatically every month until cancelled.

Prices and taxes

Published prices are shown without VAT. The provider is a United States company, and for that reason the invoice does not charge Spanish VAT.

Prices for web design, branding, hosting and ongoing SEO are fixed for the scope each plan describes. Anything outside that scope (additional pages, unplanned integrations or extra revision rounds) is quoted separately and communicated before it is carried out, never at invoicing time.

Hosting costs 11 € a month and ongoing SEO 150 € a month, in either of its two forms. The amounts do not change with the age of the contract.

Changes to prices or to the catalogue do not affect contracts already running. A service booked under earlier conditions keeps them until the end of the committed period, even if that plan is no longer offered.

Payment

Payment is made by card through Stripe. Card details are entered directly in Stripe’s environment: We Creative does not see them, does not receive them and does not store them at any point.

If the selection includes any monthly service, the charge is taken as a subscription and the website is included in the first charge. If it includes none, it is a single charge.

How the work is carried out

Before booking you can ask for a working demo of the project, at no cost and with no commitment. That is the moment to judge the work: the demo is seen, browsed and discussed before anything is paid.

To start, four things are needed from the client: a usable logo file, the typography or a reference for it, the brand colours and the verified real details of the business. If any of these does not exist, it is resolved before any layout work begins.

Timescales depend on the scope and on how quickly the client provides content and approvals. No delivery dates are committed to in these terms: they are agreed per project.

Hosting and ongoing SEO

Hosting costs 11 € a month, has no minimum term and covers only keeping the site live and reachable: server and SSL certificate. It does not include changes, support or growth work.

The domain is invoiced separately and is always registered in the client’s name on the public register: it is theirs and they can take it with them whenever they want.

Ongoing SEO has a minimum commitment of three months and comes in two forms at the same price, Local SEO and Digital SEO. It is provided on any website, whether We Creative built it or not. Once the commitment is met, it renews month to month.

Ownership of what is delivered

Once the project is paid for, the client owns the content, texts, images and graphic design delivered for their business, and may use them without limitation.

The code, systems and in house tools of We Creative (the editing panel, the automations and the auditing system) remain the property of We Creative and are licensed for use for as long as the relationship lasts.

What is not included

To avoid misunderstandings, these services are not part of the published plans and are booked separately if needed:

• Long form copywriting and professional photo shoots.
• Paid advertising campaigns and social media management, unless the corresponding service is booked.
• The purchase of the domain, which is invoiced separately.
• Search ranking guarantees. No position and no date for achieving one is committed to.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Valencia (Spain).
